Bolton Valley
Bolton Valley is a family oriented ski resort located midway between Burlington and Montpelier in the Green Mountains of northern Vermont. The resort is set amidst 5,000 acres and has the highest base elevation of any Vermont ski resort which translates to an annual average snowfall of 300 inches. Enjoy 71 trails of alpine skiing and snowboarding. All 3 terrain parks are accessible from the Snowflake lift. The Nordic Center is the gate way to extensive backcountry terrain plus 100km of nordic trails. Dining options can be found right on the mountain. Choices range from pub fare, to pizza to a full-service deli. The Pub is located on the top floor of the base lodge and offers a great view, a warm fireplace and live entertainment on specific nights. Bolton Valley lodging ranges from hotel rooms to condos all located within an easy walk to the lift.
