Okemo Mountain located near Ludlow offers southern Vermont's highest vertical at 2,200 ft. Trail difficulty is almost evenly divided between novice, intermediate, and advanced/expert. The multi-lane slopeside tubing park is located in Jackson Gore and makes a perfect apres ski activity. For an even bigger thrill The Timber Ripper is a roller-coaster style attraction that offers a scenic and exhilarating ride through alpine forests and along the contours of the mountain at Okemo's Jackson Gore. Winter guests can also enjoy skating in the regulation-sized hockey arena. Polaris snowmobiles let the kids enjoy a guided tour on a real kid-sized snowmobile!
