Jay Peak
Jay Peak Resort, famous for the most natural snowfall in the eastern US is located on Jay Peak in the Green Mountains of northern Vermont just a few miles from the Canadian Border. The resort sits between the village of Jay and Montgomery Center. It is easily accessible from international airports in Burlington, Vermont and Montreal, Canada. Jay Peak's 78 ski and snowboard trails, over 100 acres of gladed terrain and four terrain parks has something for everyone. The resort has 2 base lodges and a small lodge at the summit. Nearly all lodging is ski-in/ski-out and within walking distance to a lift. There is also a free resort shuttle. Jay Peak's Nordic Center is based in the Clubhouse with easy access to the 12 miles of groomed classic andNordic ski trails that wind throughout the golf course. Guided 2 hour snowshoe tours leave in the evening from the Clubhouse. The newest winter fun of fat bike riding is also available to rent from the Nordic Center.
