Nevada Resorts

Although there are many ski resorts to choose from in California there are only four resorts within the state of Nevada. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is the largest located at Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. With 1,840 vertical feet of terrain it has stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Mt. Rose is the closest major ski resort to Reno and also has incredible views of Lake Tahoe and surrounding Nevada.

Lee Canyon (formerly Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort - LVSSR), is a winter haven high above the desert floor just 45 minutes northwest of the Las Vegas Strip in the Spring Mountain Range.

Snobowl in Elko County

700 ft vertical, 10 trails, 2 lifts, 60 skiable acres
Private, non-profit ski and winter recreation area located in northeast Nevada. This is an ongoing project that at this time is a hill with lifts but they have plans for a terrain park, lodge and snowmaking.
